NeraBatchTracker ("the App") is a batch and cure tracking tool designed for handmade product makers. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
All information entered into the App — including batch names, product types, cure dates, notes, and related tracking information — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. The App is designed to function without requiring user accounts or external servers.
The developer does not access, collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers.
Please note that device-level backup services provided by Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer (including iCloud and Android backup services) may store App data as part of your own device backup settings. These backup services are controlled solely by the device provider and not by the App or its developer.
If you uninstall the App, locally stored App data may be deleted from your device depending on your operating system and backup settings. We are unable to recover, restore, or access deleted data.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent records or backups of important batch, cure, or manufacturing information.
We do not knowingly collect, sell, rent, share, or transmit personal information, analytics data, or usage tracking information through the App.
The App does not require account registration, login credentials, or internet connectivity to function.
The App does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or defects.
Any cure times, progress indicators, reminders, date calculations, or tracking estimates provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, regulatory, manufacturing, safety, or compliance advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, production loss, missed cure dates, manufacturing errors, loss of profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Users remain solely responsible for maintaining accurate records and independently verifying any manufacturing, curing, safety, or compliance-related information.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by the updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
